Geneva NSS Students Relive Ellis Island Immigration

In Geneva, New York, NSS 4th graders took part in an immersive history lesson. During the activity, students and their teachers acted out what an 1889 immigration experience through Ellis Island might have been like. The exercise provided the students with a hands-on way to learn about the immigration process during that period.
