Albany, New York – The Albany Institute of History & Art is hosting the exhibition For Liberation and For Life: The Legacy of Black Dimensions in Art through December 31. The show reunites the museum with Black Dimensions in Art, an all-volunteer arts advocacy group. The group’s first major museum exhibition was held at the same venue in 1976, one year after its formation.

The exhibition features works from 95 artists and displays over 100 pieces. More information about the exhibition and visit planning can be found at albanyinstitute.org.
