On Monday, June 2nd, a three-course Chef's Menu will be offered, starting at 5 p.m. The dinner menu is priced at $42 per person, with wine pairings available for an additional $25.

The meal begins with an amuse bouche featuring petite house fries served with curried ketchup. This course is paired with Glera Frizzante from Bisson, Marca Trevigiana, Veneto, Italy.

The first course consists of bitterballen and salad. The dish includes a panko-fried beef meatball served with whole grain mustard, mixed greens, fennel, pickled red onions, crispy quinoa, cucumber, and a banyuls vinaigrette. It is accompanied by a glass of Chasselas from Chandra Kurt, Glou Glou, Genève, Switzerland.

For the second course, the menu offers a black garlic and sage banger. This dish features a house-made pork sausage served alongside sweet and sour cabbage, paired with a glass of Pinot Noir from Valéry Renaudat, Le P'tit Renaudat, Loire, France.

The dessert course is a cream puff duo, which includes classic and hazelnut cream flavorings with chocolate. It is paired with a glass of 3 Year Rainwater Madeira from Henriques & Henriques, Madeira, Portugal.
